This black jumpsuit is a classic New Year's Eve look that can be worn this year & for many years to come. I love the subtle details on it, like the criss-crossed neckline & pleats at the waist that make it extra special. With a red lip & statement coat, this look is timeless.

Recovering after holiday parties, gift giving and eating WAY too much, I am all about feeling super cozy today! :)
Capes & ponchos are so on trend this season and, as you know, I love oversize sweaters, so when I found this sweater that combines the two in Francesca's, I had to have it. I have worn this piece more times than I can count already.

FAMILY PARTY OUTFIT
Today I am showcasing another holiday outfit!
This outfit is perfect for a family get together. It is appropriate and modest (which will please your family members!), but still festive! The best part was, I didn't have to buy anything for this look; I just paired some different pieces together! The combination of the red dress with the fur vest is so luxe & made me feel totally holiday ready.
Since it has been freezing, I wore my favorite OTK (over the knee) boots, but this look would pair just as well with heels or booties.

TULLE SKIRT FOR THE HOLIDAYS + TIPS FOR WORK HOLIDAY PARTY DRESSING

Today I am sharing the outfit I wore to my company holiday party this year & some do's & don'ts for holiday festivities with coworkers.
DON'T show cleavage. You are attending a work function, so try to stick to higher necklines.
DO swap out your tote for a fun clutch. A clutch purse is much easier to carry around all night and is also much more glamorous.
DON'T wear anything too short. As I said, you are with your coworkers! Try to keep skirts and dresses around knee length! If you do choose a shorter skirt, be sure to cover up on top; it's all about balance.
DO accessorize. A statement necklace, bright lip or chandelier earrings that you may not wear for a typical work day are perfect for an office party event.
DON'T drink too much! You have to see all of these people the next morning. Keep it classy.

TUXEDO 2.0
I LOVE metallic for the holidays! A bit of sparkle and shine is so festive, but the same old sequin tank or jeweled statement jewelry can get a bit tired. For a friend's holiday party this season, I decided to wear my version of a tuxedo with a bunch of mixing metallic accessories.
Side note: how amazing is my lip color? I received the new Chanel Rouge Allure Gloss from People Style Watch & have worn it every day since! The color lasts so long & is not sticky at all.
This is one of my favorite looks yet. The black leather pants, heels & blazer make a great backdrop for the shiny extras. The belt, clutch and earrings compliment the studded blazer's lapels perfectly.
