Today I am sharing the outfit I wore to my company holiday party this year & some do's & don'ts for holiday festivities with coworkers.
DON'T show cleavage. You are attending a work function, so try to stick to higher necklines.
DO swap out your tote for a fun clutch. A clutch purse is much easier to carry around all night and is also much more glamorous.
DON'T wear anything too short. As I said, you are with your coworkers! Try to keep skirts and dresses around knee length! If you do choose a shorter skirt, be sure to cover up on top; it's all about balance.
DO accessorize. A statement necklace, bright lip or chandelier earrings that you may not wear for a typical work day are perfect for an office party event.
DON'T drink too much! You have to see all of these people the next morning. Keep it classy.

DeleteHey, was wondering how you like the altuzarra boots you have in this photo, if they're comfortable, and whether or not yo feel they fit true to size!
ReplyDeleteThey are totally awesome! I am very impressed with the quality of them & people are always surprised to hear they are from Target. I wear them all day including my commute to and from NYC without any problem. I have found them to run very true to size.
DeleteDo they stretch at all, like mold to your feet or if you wear big socks or anything?
DeleteNope, they have a lace up detail, but it is just that - a detail - and a zip up side. There is not much support in the sole, but I still found them to be comfortable! I wear a normal sock, what you might wear with a sneaker. No need for anything thicker.
