I love, love, love my denim shorts. I truly live in this pair in the summertime. I love how casual denim is year-round, but my denim shorts take the cake in warm weather. It's always fun to try a little something new & dress down a more formal piece or dress up a casual piece, like I did today.
In today's look, I decided to use this embellished jacket & my favorite pair of wedge sandals to take my denim shorts up a notch. Shorts already have the ability to show off a great pair of legs , but adding a pair of heels will make your legs look miles long!
I always like to balance out the amount of skin I show, so if I'm showing a lot of leg in shorts, I try to keep covered up on top. This sleeveless turtleneck and jacket make my shorts more appropriate, but still create a super cute transitional look!
