To all my fellow New Yorkers (& even some of you who aren't), how perfect is this scarf?? Kate Spade created a winner when they created this scarf.  However, we all know Kate Spade price ranges aren't exactly affordable to all of us.  So I have been brainstorming ways to wear this scarf over and over again to get the most out of it this season.

This week's link up theme is all about fun, unique accessories to upgrade a basic outfit.  For me, today, it's a pair of lace up flats and of course, this amazing statement scarf!

Below are 3 of my favorite ways to style a lightweight scarf:

1.  Draped around your neck & shoulders.  As worn in these photos, draping a scarf around your shoulders is an effortless 'I just tossed this on' kind of look. I think untied and loose around the neck also happens to be the best way to show off a print or patterned scarf.

2. Tied at the ends to create an infinity scarf.  By tying opposite corners of this scarf together and looping it around my neck, I am able to create a faux infinity scarf.

3.  Tied on my bag.  I love the idea of taking a large, simple tote bag and tying a scarf onto one of the handles.  It transforms the bag from ordinary to one of a kind.
