In honor of the 2016 tomorrow(!), I'm taking a look back at some of my favorite looks of 2015...
Read the full postI remember taking these photos... It was raining but J suggested we snap a few quick photos of my Wrapped Up look anyway. This was such a giggly photo shoot & I clearly had no idea how to pose with my umbrella ;P

This Winter Maxi was one of my first collaborations of 2015. I remember being so nervous to order a maxi dress & then so thrilled when it fit perfectly! This was just a glam/boho look - I loved it.

I think if I was only able to wear one outfit over this entire past year, it would have been this one. I really embraced my Denim Obsession over the last 12 months.

An obvious favorite outfit of mine. I love any look that celebrates my New York Rangers - Because It's the Cup.

I did not plan to take photos of this look; it was such a Lazy Days, out East kind of outfit, but my mom said that my shoes & bag were too cute to pass up so I quickly snapped a few photos & then headed out to run errands. Turns out, American Eagle loved this outfit - they regrammed it :)

This outfit was for one of the major campaigns I got to take part in this year. Target revamped their denim line this summer to create the perfect Denim for Every Body shape. It's never easy picking out a pair of jeans that make your butt look good, fit in the waist and don't stretch out at the knees, but I was legitimately able to find a great pair from Target!

This one is another obvious favorite outfit of mine from this past summer. I love the color yellow - especially during the summer with a tan. I truly felt like I needed to run out and Soak up the sun in this look.

I love how these Scream for Ice Cream photos turned out. The lighting was just perfect & the addition of the ice cream cone prop couldn't have been more perfect for these photos - plus I had a treat to eat once I was done shooting ;)

I can always tell I'm having a good outfit day when both my mom & my sister like my outfit. This was one of those days; a great outfit for any age. It was also one of my last summer outfits before I jumped into fall fashion...man, I miss being tan!

Brainstorming this Monochrome in Navy look & actually putting it on were like night & day. I thought 'OK, an easy, casual, monochrome, work day look...' What I got was an obsession with the color navy & with how sleek and slimming monochromatic outfits can be.

I really embraced the 70's boho trend this fall. It was really fun to channel a different era in a modernized way. I ended up wearing this look to a NYFW party - an experience & crazy week of shows/events that I will never forget!

I love print mixing and in this look I went Mad for Plaid. I decided to match prints this time & debated for weeks in my head over how this outfit would look. As soon as fall weather hit, I tried it on and was in love. One of my favorite looks of fall 2015.

The leaves were one of my favorite props and backgrounds to shoot in front of this fall. The colors of the leaves on the trees were just stunning. This Ginger Spice colored look complemented the background perfectly.

This outfit is another favorite. I love the leather jacket, the sequins leggings & leopard bag on their own & when combined they created this amazing Sequins before Sunset look.

My favorite fall/winter color is 100% burgundy. I am truly Oxblood Obsessed & I really embraced it in this outfit. The skirt & jacket added a lovely pop of color to a classic white blouse & black boots.

This outfit was recent & is such a heart eyes moment. It's A Holiday Party Look for the books - I love the dressed up feel of the sequins but the comfort factor of the plaid top. Plus - I managed to pull off green & red without looking like a watermelon ;)!
Which was your favorite look this year?
What do you want to see more of in 2016?
Wishing you all a safe & happy start to the New Year!

DeleteYou had a very stylish 2015! Lots of great outfits here! Hope 2016 is a wonderful year for you :)

My absolute favorite outfit and dress you wore last year was the stunning midi navy shirtdress. I also loved the mad for plaid look with both buffalo plaid pieces and the sequined skirt with plaid shirt for my top 3. But I must say the first three outfits you posted on this recap are also favorites. And I like you if I could wear an outfit any day all day it would be black skinny jeans or white skinny jeans with a classic blue chambray shirt.
ReplyDeleteYou had such a stylish year and a successful year full of great collaborations too. Huge congratulations my friend. =))
Thank you! I loved so many outfits this year! I am excited for a new year of looks & trends! :)
