Can we talk about what fabulous collaborations Target has?  It's practically impossible to walk into Target and not walk out with something never knew you needed - especially when a great collab is going on.  Recently, Target launched their latest clothing collaboration with WhoWhatWear - a line full of classics with a twist - and I am totally obsessed. 
The collection has so many great versatile pieces from pencil skirts to button downs to statement outerwear. I went into the store looking for this amazing army green trench vest & this feminine floral neck tie dress, sadly neither one was in stores in my size :(  As with many of the Target collaborations in the past, I found this line to run a bit big, so I would size down if possible. But I couldn't leave the store without this polka dot button down.  I have tons of solid tops & quite a few striped ones, but very few polka dot pieces so I knew this blouse would fit perfectly into my wardrobe.
