Can you believe how quickly the summer is flying by?? I can't believe it's almost mid-August already! I feel like so many stores have flown right into sweater & boot weather, so I was super excited to see that Banana Republic's site was still flooded with gorgeous dresses & bright prints.  I was a little unsure of this leaf print dress when I first saw it, but ended up falling in love once I put it on in my size. The leaves are a great twist on a floral print & transition nicely into other seasons.





As I mentioned above, Banana Republic's website right now is chock full of great printed dresses. (I am also obsessed with this one & this one!) Flirty dresses are great for the August heat and will end up being great transitional pieces in the fall.  I can picture this dress with booties & my green anorak jacket, but for now, it paired perfectly with gladiator sandals and a bright yellow clutch which brought out the green leaves.
