Even though I'm in a relationship, I still love my girl time! Sometimes there is nothing better than catching up with your girlfriends & enjoying the girly things that your boyfriend won't take part in. In honor of Valentine's Day this week, I'm sharing a few girl date ideas for all my single ladies or for the gal's who love girl time as I much as I do!
1. Eat at your Favorite Restaurant. I love heading out to eat especially when dinner involves friends & great drinks! Pick a fun restaurant, order the girliest drinks on the menu & cheers to your girl's date night!
2. Head to the Movies for a Chick Flick. J & I love heading to the movies for date nights, we even drive to a theater 15 minutes away because it has reclining seats! SO comfy! But the movies we see together are limited to comedy & action. I won't see anything scary & he won't go to the movies to see chick flicks. 50 Shades Darker just came out making it the perfect movie to see with your girlfriends! (I also want to see Hidden Figures & La La Land!)
3. Pamper Yourselves. Another BFF friendly activity? Spa day! Head to the salon for manicures & pedicures, facials or massages. Not only will do you get quality time with your gals, but you will leave the salon feeling relaxed & refreshed.
4. Treat Each Other. No one knows you better than your BFF so why not buy each other silly love gifts for Valentine's Day??! For Christmas, one of my friends got me a NY Rangers themed Build a Bear & I thought it was the cutest thing ever! Find a cute, out of the box gift for your BFF this Valentine's Day and give them a gift to let them know how much she means to you! Sweatshirt: Zara (similar or similar) | Jeans: American Eagle | Boots: Stuart Weitzman | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff | Sunglasses: Ray Ban | Choker: Self Branded What are your Valentine's (or Galentine's) Day plans?
XO,
Michelle Paige

How was everyone's New Year?! It's always exciting to welcome in a new year - so many new adventures, goals & opportunities to be excited about! After 2016 being a such a mess, I am ready for a fresh start & am feeling positive about this year already! I have a feeling it's going to be a good one ;). Now on to today's outfit...
Today I'm sharing 3 unique ways to style your military anorak. As we enter days of colder weather, it's time to start thinking about unique ways to layer and style your jackets. We all know an extra layer over jeans and a tee looks great, but it's also an obvious choice. The next time you wear your military jacket, I challenge you to try to a new way of styling it! Read on for some outfit inspiration featuring your military jackets.
Today's post features a few of my favorite fall items. Number 3, my leopard tote bag. Since it is calf hair, I usually reserve it for colder weather, so I am super excited to add it back into rotation this season. Number 2, this cozy cardigan from Free People. I saw this sweater on another blogger recently and had my eye on it since then, but had trouble finding it in my size and in this blush shade! Shoptiques was actually the site that finally helped me bring this sweater home; it was delivered to me from a boutique all the way in Canada!! Number 1, these Stuart Weitzman OTK boots! They are a huge splurge but I love them more every time I step foot (or leg!) into them. Read on for some tips on how to style OTK boots & some more budget friendly options if you are in the market for a pair.
I love the drama that a cape creates anytime you drape one over your shoulders; it totally ups the glam factor of a classic sweater & jeans. As soon as I saw this one, I knew it was going to match my Stuart Weitzman boots perfectly & had to have it.
You may have noticed that when I like something, I really like it a lot & wear it often. Right now, in the freezing temperatures, my favorite things are my over the knee boots. I just got a second pair for the holidays, but this black pair has been a favorite of mine for a while. They go with everything from leggings to skirts to sweater dresses, like today!
New year, same favorite color! These boots have been on my lust list for what seems like forever & finally Santa Claus [ ;) ] made them mine! A few days after the holidays, this perfectly matching leather jacket from Harmony & Havoc landed in my hands & I have could not have been happier. I knew right away that I would pair the boots & jacket to create what is sure to be one of my favorite January outfits!
