BRIGHT BLAZER

 

Hope you all had a great weekend!  J & I spent the weekend in East Hampton (which means, yay(!) it's gotta be almost beach season). I feel like in movies the Hampton's always looks like this crazy place with celebs & Diddy's white parties, but my grandparents have a house in a quiet little neighborhood right near the beach & it is truly my favorite place to visit to relax!  I already can't wait to go back!

This is the outfit I wore for our Memorial Day family BBQ in East Hampton last weekend.  I love the ease & comfort of these printed pants. Eeek....you can see my horrible sunburn, that only existed on one side of my face - embarrassing! But I guess that's what I get for falling asleep on the beach...

Today's outfit is the epitome of my go-to outfit when I have nothing to wear: a well-fitting pair of skinny jeans, comfortable flats & a scarf for an added pop of color.  This scarf is especially awesome since, as we were photographing this outfit, I was informed that it belonged to my grandmother!
